Yuzu Dressing

This is a very tasty lemon flavoured salad dressing, used in a mushroom salad that will follow. Also can be used for other things.

Lemon juice: 4 tbs / 1/4th cup
5 tsp soya sauce
1/2tsp black pepper
1/2-1clove grated garlic
6 tsp olive oil
